In court. Releasing it in public completely compromises the prosecution's ability to try any cases against any defendants on the epstein files list. Again, this is basic law stuff.
Anyone who was involved in illegal activity on the epstein list could be a defendant.

I think it would have leaked if they had possession of explicit video of the stuff (unclothed molesting). I might have missed it but I don't think anything like that was shown at her trial but maybe I forgot and the jury was shown evidence of that without anyone else seeing it. We will see if anything like that is ever confirmed I guess.

While it's not absolute evidence, common sense says Epstein's attorney was going to leverage any negative stuff about Trump to save his client's ass. This alone speaks volumes that he had nothing to use against Trump to save Epstein's ass. It's pure common sense to come to a conclusion of Trump's innocence with regard to Epstein. Not surprisingly, MSM is crickets about this little nuggest of info.
